Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, to find out work discipline has an effect on community satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, and to find out the quality of service and work discipline affect community satisfaction at the Population Service and Sorong Regency Civil Registry. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire. The results showed that service quality affected community satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, work discipline had an effect on community satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service and service quality and work discipline had an effect on community satisfaction at the Regency Population and Civil Registration Service shove.
